Do you have a burning question you’ve always wanted to ask a scientist or a researcher? Head over to social news website Reddit and meet researchers from the University of Bath to ask them anything.

Join Professor Lorraine Whitmarsh, director of the Climate Change Research Centre from the University of Bath on r/IamA to ask questions about how people respond to environmental issues and how we can encourage public engagement and behaviour change to reduce our emissions.

 

Dr Pen-Yuan Hsing – Friday 27 November, 7pm

Join Dr Pen-Yuan Hsing from the University of Bath on r/AskScience to ask questions about ecology, conservation and wildlife monitoring. Pen founded a citizen science wildlife-monitoring project and is also an active open science/open source advocate.

Join Dr Michelle St Clair from the University of Bath on r/IamA to ask questions about how language develops (or doesn’t in children). Michelle is an expert in language development and disorders in children and has founded a project to support parents of children with Developmental Language Disorders.
